Senior Scheduler/Planner 
Civil Engineering Degree, experienced in planning and scheduling works on multidiscipline projects
Electrical Engineer (Site)
 • Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 8 years post-graduate work experience, preferably in a consultancy environment
• Excellent English, written & verbal
Mechanical Engineer (Site)
 • Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 8 years post-graduate work experience, preferably in a consultancy environment
• Excellent English, written & verbal
Quantity Surveyors
• Bachelor Degree in Quantity Surveying from a recognized university
• Minimum 6 years post-graduate work experience, preferably in a consultancy environment

Knowledge of Pre-Construction Services:
• Supervising preparation of pre-construction documentation;
• Preparation of Cost Plans
• Value Engineering
• Preparation of budget and cost estimates, to include complete building works, MEP and Infrastructure;
• Preparation of contract conditions

Post-Contract QS administration under FIDIC contract form

Preferrence will be given to candidates who are full and current members of the MRICS
